Trim the wood wick to approximately 1/8"–3/16" before lighting.
Remove any charred wood from previous burns.
Place candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
First Burn Matters
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing.
This usually takes 3–4 hours and helps prevent tunneling.
During Use
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Wood Wick Tips
Wood wicks may take a little longer to light than traditional cotton wicks.
Hold the flame to the wick for several seconds until a steady flame is established.
If the flame becomes small, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, trim the wick, and relight.
When to Stop Burning
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
